Eating Quality success in Sydney Royal Beef Challenge
Top results keep rolling in for Angus and Angus influenced cattle in commercially focused competitions following the announcement of the RAS of NSW 2022 Sydney Royal Beef Challenge overall results, where Angus genetics again excelled for eating quality.Â
With 37 teams entered from 11 producers across New South Wales and Queensland across the 70 day domestic and 100 day export classes, the competition assesses all aspects of production from arrival through to slaughter, including: Â
